Free Lies

There's nothing more irritating than for things or sites to be presented as Free, only to find out that's so far from the truth AFTER you spend your time getting started. If theres going to be a fee why not go ahead and say so when advertising? Nothing drives me further away from a service or a site than to advertise for free, then throw a price in somewhere down the line. If it's a free site don't say it's free then tell me I'll be charged after the 1st month, or after 3 months. Just say 1st month free, or 1st 3 months free. I am so sick of misleading titles and I know for a fact I'm not the only one. My poor friend was swept up in all those misleading sweepstakes titles as he was learning his way around the internet and he got so disgusted that he put it down and has nothing to do with it anymore.  He'd get emails saying he'd won and get all excited only to find out he won a chance to enter the sweepstakes again. Really? Why not just be real and honest? But I'm tired off free stuff that cost money.  How about the stuff that's free until you get to S & H then they charge you more for S & H than what the items worth? I refuse to deal with any site that misrepresents its cost. Is there anybody else out there as irritated with these lies as I am?
